Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the skills of teachers and students at SMK Negeri 1 Muara Kuang, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra, in managing and utilizing the school's website effectively. The program employed training and mentoring methods, including observation, interviews, and training sessions, tailored to address the participants' needs. Over three months, participants were taught website management, content creation, and optimal utilization for educational purposes. The results showed significant improvements in participants' technical skills and their ability to use the website as a medium for creativity and communication. Despite challenges such as varying levels of technical knowledge and limited infrastructure, the program successfully met its objectives. The outcomes suggest that similar programs can be implemented in other schools to promote digital literacy and support the digital transformation of educational institutions.
