Digital Transformation of Local Tourism MSMEs Through Website Development at Lestari Wisata Dieng

This community service aims to assist local tourism MSMEs in adapting digital technology through the development of a promotional and booking website for Lestari Wisata Dieng. The business, which previously relied solely on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, lacked a structured digital presence, limiting its market reach and service efficiency. The method used involved digital interviews, document studies, and competitor analysis. The team applied a simple web development approach, including needs analysis, design using UML diagrams, interface development, functionality testing, and implementation planning. The result was a user-friendly website equipped with destination listings, tour packages, a photo gallery, contact information, and WhatsApp-integrated booking forms. The novelty of this program lies in its practical implementation of digital transformation for a micro-enterprise in tourism, offering a scalable model for other MSMEs. This digital platform is expected to enhance service accessibility, increase customer engagement, and strengthen the competitive edge of the local tourism business in the Dieng region.
