Pengelolaan Arsip Produk Hukum melalui Implementasi Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web pada Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

The management of legal product archives at the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Secretariat of South Sumatra Province has faced challenges, particularly due to the absence of an integrated system for document storage and retrieval. This community service project aimed to implement a web-based information system to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of legal archive management. The implementation was carried out through five stages: partner needs identification, prototype design and development, system implementation, user training and assistance, and activity evaluation. The results showed that the developed system successfully facilitated the management, storage, and retrieval of legal documents through an integrated web-based platform. The training and mentoring activities enhanced users' ability to operate the system effectively, while the evaluation indicated positive user acceptance due to improved work efficiency and administrative digitalization. Therefore, the implementation of the web-based information system has provided significant benefits in improving the management of legal product archives at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of South Sumatra Province
