Abstract

This community service initiative is designed to equip teachers with the skills to effectively use technological tools in education, enhancing the creativity and innovation of the learning process. The service team members were assigned specific roles and responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of the project, with a particular focus on guiding and training teachers to utilize Zoom, Google Classroom, and Google Meet for remote learning. The implementation of the activity followed five key methods: (1) identifying and analysing challenges, (2) socializing the tools and methods, (3) conducting simulations, (4) providing ongoing mentoring, and (5) evaluating progress. The outcomes indicate that teachers have developed a solid understanding of the three applications. However, they demonstrated a stronger preference and ease of use for Zoom, which could be integrated with WhatsApp—a widely used communication tool during the pandemic. This combination was found to enhance the learning experience, making it more accessible and effective.
