Abstract

IT Helpdesk Ticketing System is an application developed to assist in managing IT technical complaints at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital in Palembang. The problem faced by this hospital is the absence of a system that can facilitate the recording and tracking of complaints from various units in the hospital to the IT division in a clear and organized manner. Therefore, in this community service activity, assistance was provided in the development of the IT Helpdesk Ticketing System Web Application for Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital Palembang using a system development approach with the Web Engineering method, which includes the stages of Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. This application aims to facilitate the hospital units in reporting technical issues, as well as assisting the IT division in monitoring and following up on every incoming report. This application also provides facilities for downloading reports, which makes it easier for IT staff.
